  • Check and update your personal information on the Information System (if you are a student) or the ISU Official Directory Inquiry System (if you are a faculty member or staffer) so that we can contact you and address your concerns whenever necessary.
  • Fill out the COVID-19 Health Questionnaire every seven days to help us have a good understanding of your health condition.
  • mmediately call the Health Section of the Office of Student Affairs at 07-6577711 ext.2241 for help if you are under one of the following conditions:
    • being scheduled to enter Taiwan in two weeks;
    • having had contact with a confirmed case or with a person under home quarantine or self-health management; or
    • being tested for COVID-19 or having the notification of self-health management issued by a medical institution.
  • To reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection, wear a face mask, wash hands often, keep social distancing (1.5 meters in indoor environments and 1 meter in outdoor ones), cover mouth and nose when coughing, rest at home if unwell, and avoid crowded places.
  • If you feel fear of or anxious about COVID-19, you may visit the Counseling and Guidance Section of the Office of Student Affairs for help. Please fill out this form, and the Section will contact you as soon as possible.
