111-1 Awarding for Passing Foreign Language Proficiency Tests

The application time schedule and method in the Fall Semester of 2022 are as below: 

1. Application date: 2022/9/12 - 2022/9/30

2. Examination date: 2022/2/1 - 2022/7/31

3. How to apply: Apply online through the Google Form https://forms.gle/7wzuyhBso55vrpTs9

4. Required documents:

(1)   A photo of the test report.

(2)   A photo of the student ID card (must be stamped “registered” for the current semester).

(3)   A photo of the post office passbook cover.

(4)   A photo of the passport and a photo of the Alien Resident Certificate (applicable to overseas students, and students from Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China).

Note: Freshmen in the fall semester of 2022 can apply for award only if the examination date is after August 1st, 2022.
