Educational English courses (6 credits in total):
The English courses are divided into "English Listening (I) (II)" and "Practical English (I) (II)". The lectures are all leveled to enhance students' willingness and effectiveness. The "English Listening" focuses on cultivating students' English listening ability and providing students with a variety of listening exercises. The "Practical English" course fosters students' English proficiency in "Reading and Writing". It fosters the logical thinking of reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar. In addition to strengthening the foundation and professional knowledge of English, it also helps students learn to think independently, solve problems, communicate and express themselves clearly. In order to cope with the international work fields, the school has set a graduation threshold equivalent to CEF B1 level. Therefore, the Foreign Language Center conducts English relative learning activities and tests such as GEPT, CSEPT, TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc., so that students can fully understand different types of English tests. These learning programs and tests enhance students' motivation and prepare them for future careers.
