Graduation clearance process for International students

Graduands please complete the questionnaire for graduating on the Information System. (Path: Information System → For Graduating → Fill out the questionnaire for graduating)

If the questionnaire for graduating on the Information System is not available, please log in to Google and complete the questionnaire for graduating at https://reurl.cc/6EXYoy, or you can complete a printed one at the Career Development Center (1F of the Teaching Building at the Main Campus). For students at the Medical Campus, you can download and print out the questionnaire at 紙本連結 and hand in the completed questionnaire to your departmental assistant.

In addition to the questionnaire for graduating, international students are required to complete the SIT questionnaire (https://reurl.cc/rQkAYN). Graduands who have completed both questionnaires please notify the Career Development Center of your name and student No. by phone (07-6577711 ext. 2825) or via email (alumni@isu.edu.tw) for further processing.
