召開本校107學年度第二學期校本部住宿生座談會。


一、 為了解住宿生的居住情況,提供更完善的居住空間,爰例召開住宿生座談會使住宿生與相關

單位有機會直接溝通,以期有效解決住宿問題。

二、 辦理時間:本(108)年4月10日(三)18:00~20:30時。

三、 辦理地點:第二宿舍交誼廳。

四、 歡迎住宿生踴躍參加,有意參加者請於本年3月22日(五)前向宿舍管理站或宿舍幹部報名,以

利準備餐點。

五、 為能及早收集住宿生意見,如有建議或提問事項,敬請於3月22日(五)前透過以下方式反映,

本組將於彙整後轉送相關單位辦理,俾於會議當日答覆。

(一)E-mail寄送:下載附件表格,填寫完畢後傳送至本組電子郵件信箱dorm@isu.edu.tw 。

(二)至宿舍管理站領取表格,填寫完畢請交由宿舍生活輔導老師或宿舍幹部轉送本組辦理。

 

 

1. In order to understand residents’ living conditions and provide more well-organized residential spaces, the

dorm forum would be held to enhance the communication between residents and related sections in a more

straightforward way. It’s expected that problems pertaining to residency could be solved effectively.

2. Application period: Wednesday, April 10, 6 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.

3. Where to apply: Lounge at dorm 2

4. Welcome all the dorm residents to join this forum. Residents who are willing to join us should register

with Management Office of Dormitory or dorm cadre members so that the meals could be prepared in

advance.

5. In order to collect dorm residents’ opinions earlier, please offer them before March 22 if any inquiries or

recommendations could be made. Student Housing Section would organize these pieces of information

and transfer them to related sections. The questions would be answered on the day of the meeting. Two

ways are recommended in the following section:

i. E-mail: Download the form attached to this announcement. After filling it, please send it to our

section at dorm@isu.edu.tw.

ii. Paper form: Obtain paper forms at Management Office of Dormitory and hand it in to Dorm

Superintendent or dorm cadre members which would be transferred to Students Housing Section.
