本校108學年度第一學期學生宿舍整潔競賽實施規定。Subject: Details about Dormitory Cleanliness Competition in the 1st semester of Academic Year 2019


主旨:本校108學年度第一學期學生宿舍整潔競賽實施規定。
依據:義守大學學生宿舍管理要點第十三條第四項規定辦理。
公告事項:
一、檢查評比對象:全體住宿生含碩、博士班生(不含國際學舍一館)。
二、各宿舍檢查評比日期(檢查時間為當日18時至21時)。
(一)11月19日(二):校本部第一宿舍區A、C棟;校本部第二宿舍區F、G、J棟;校本部國際學舍三館學位生L棟4、5、6樓、M棟3、4、5、6樓;醫學院區醫學院宿舍區P、N棟。檢查不合格寢室,限於11月26日前複檢。
(二)11月20日(三):校本部第一宿舍區B、D棟;校本部第二宿舍區H、K棟;校本部國際學舍三館大陸交流生L棟2、3、6樓;醫學院區義大醫院宿舍區E棟。檢查不合格寢室,限於11月26日前複檢。
三、評比重點:
(一)針對寢室內書桌、床、門窗、地板、衣櫃、浴廁六大項目確實評比。
(二)書架、衣櫃清的淨空不代表「整齊清潔」,擺設整齊、打掃乾淨才是重點。
(三)檢查時應配合師長接受檢查,寢室無人應門或拒檢時,均列入「未評審狀況」,要求複檢。

四、當日因故不克受檢者,應先向管理站申請改期檢查。經檢查不合格之寢室,應於指定複檢日期前向管理站申請複檢,唯不列入評比(改期檢查時間為11月12至18日)。
五、獎懲規定:
(一)本學年度實施積點制度,綜合平時及整潔競賽總體分數,上、下學期累積積點達15點者,取得下(109)學年度優先住宿權,不得保留。
(二)以每樓層選拔一間優良寢室為原則(各樓層間可流用),各頒發團體獎金伍百元不再另給予行政獎勵,且該寢室各成員可得積點12點。
(三)同列入決選之優良寢室,其住宿同學各記嘉獎乙次,該寢室成員得取得積點6點。
(四)無法於表訂時間受檢之寢室,應先向管理站申請改期檢查,違反者罰愛校服務2小時並扣除積點1點;經檢查不合格之寢室扣除積點3點,並於指定期限前申請複檢(不列入評比);複檢不合格者,依規定記警告乙次並扣除積點3點;校本部第二宿舍區、校本部國際學舍三館及醫學院區義大醫院宿舍住宿生得取消逕行續約權利(須重新申請、抽籤或審核)。
六、檢查當日下班17:30後,垃圾車將停放於男生宿舍管理站及國際學舍三館前收取垃圾。
七、請住宿同學配合檢查,並努力爭取榮譽。

Legal Basis: Paragraph 4 of Article 13 of Guidelines on Student Dormitory Management at I-Shou University
Announcement:
Competitors: All residents living in student dormitories, including master’s and PhD students (those living at ISU International House I are not included)
Dates of Inspection (the cleanliness inspection will be conducted between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the dates specified below):
November 19 (Tue): Buildings A and C of Dormitory 1; Buildings F, G and J of Dormitory 2; the rooms of degree students on 4-6F of Building L, and 3-6F of Building M at ISU International House III; and Buildings P and N of Medical Campus Dormitory. All disqualified rooms should be rechecked before November 26.
November 20 (Wed): Buildings B and D of Dormitory 1; Buildings H and K of Dormitory 2; the rooms of Chinese exchange students on 2, 3 & 6F of Building L at ISU International House III; and Building E of E-Da Hospital Dormitory. All disqualified rooms should be rechecked before November 26.
Inspection Notices:
The major items for cleanliness inspection include: desk, bed, door, windows, floor, closet, and bathroom.
To empty bookshelves or closets don’t mean a room is neat and tidy. The focus of cleanliness inspection lies in that everything in the room is placed neatly and the room is properly cleaned.
On the designated date of inspection, residents should fully cooperate with inspectors. If no one answers the door or any resident refuses to accept the inspection, the room will be registered as “Not Inspected” and a recheck is required.

Residents should apply for changing the date of inspection to the Management Office in advance (November 12 ~ 18) if their rooms cannot be inspected on the date previously scheduled for any reason. Besides, residents should apply for a recheck before the prescribed deadline if their rooms are not qualified, but the recheck result will not be considered for this competition.
Rules for rewards and punishments:
A point-based assessment method that considers the scores for both general cleanliness and the cleanliness competition is adopted in the current academic year. Residents will be given priority for applying for dormitory vacancies for the next academic year (Academic Year 2020) if they have accumulated 15 points or more in the first and second semesters.
Residents will be granted a group prize of NT$500 if their rooms are selected as the Best Room of the Floor, and each resident of the room will receive 12 points.
The residents of the rooms nominated for the Best Room of the Floor will receive a commendation and 6 points.
Residents should apply for changing the date of inspection to the Management Office in advance if their rooms cannot be inspected on the date previously scheduled. Those who fail to apply for changing the date should conduct 2 hours of campus service and lose 1 point. Residents will lose 3 points if their rooms are considered disqualified after being inspected, and they should apply for a recheck by the prescribed deadline (the recheck result will not be considered for this competition). Residents will receive an admonition and lose 3 points in accordance with the applicable regulations and rules if their rooms are still disqualified after the recheck, and if such residents live at Dormitory 2, ISU International House III or E-Da Hospital Dormitory, they will also lose the right to directly renew their lease; in other words, they have to apply for dormitory vacancies again, draw lots or receive review for dormitory application.
Garbage trucks will park in front of the Management Office of the Men’s Dormitory and ISU International House III, respectively, at 5:30 p.m. to pick up garbage on the dates of inspection.
Residents should cooperate with the Management Office to clean their rooms and put efforts in winning honors.
