召開本校109學年度第一學期校本部住宿生座談會。A convening of on-campus dorm forum at the Main Campus for the 1st semester, 2020 Academic Year in I-Shou University


主旨:召開本校109學年度第一學期校本部住宿生座談會。
依據:義守大學學生宿舍管理要點。
公告事項:
一、為了解住宿生的居住情況,提供更完善的居住空間,爰例召開住宿生座談會使住宿生與相關單位有機會直接溝通,以期有效解決住宿問題。
二、辦理時間:本(109)年10月28日(三)18:00~20:30。
三、辦理地點:第二宿舍交誼廳。
四、歡迎住宿生踴躍參加,有意參加者請於本年10月16日(五)前向宿舍管理站或宿舍幹部報名,以利準備餐點。
五、為配合防疫,會議進行時敬請全程配戴口罩。
六、為能及早收集住宿生意見,如有建議或提問事項,敬請於10月16日(五)前至宿舍管理站領取表格,填寫完畢請交由宿舍生活輔導老師或宿舍幹部轉送本組辦理。本組將於彙整後轉送相關單位辦理,俾於會議當日答覆。

Legal Bias: Regulations for Student Dormitory Management at I-Shou University
Description:
1.In order to understand residents’ living conditions and provide more well-organized residential spaces, the dorm forum would be held to enhance the communication between residents and related sections in a more straightforward way. It’s expected that problems pertaining to residency could be solved effectively.
2.Application period: Wednesday, October 28, 6:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
3.Where to apply: Lounge at dorm 2
4.Welcome all the dorm residents to join this forum. Residents who are willing to join us should register with Management Office of Dormitory or dorm cadre members before October 16 so that the meals could be prepared in advance.
5.In order to cooperate with the epidemic prevention, please wear masks during the meeting.
6.In order to collect dorm residents’ opinions earlier, please offer them before October 16 if any inquiries or recommendations could be made. Residents can obtain paper forms at Management Office of Dormitory and hand it in to Dorm Superintendent or dorm cadre members which would be transferred to Students Housing Section. Student Housing Section would organize these pieces of information and transfer them to related sections. The questions would be answered on the day of the meeting.
