【Measures on Scholarship Application in response to Covid-19】

The Int'l Student Scholarship application period for Current Student extended to July 15, 2021

Documents to be submitted for Current Student Scholarship application: 

a. a completed application form; (Please refer to the attached file) 

b. one academic transcript and the record of personal conduct (OICA will apply to OAA on your behalf);

c. master’s degree and doctoral programs may provide OICA with anacademic performance standard as reference for awarding scholarships;

d. the proof of international volunteer service; and

e. certificates of service-learning.

1. Undergraduate program: 

1-1. No need to fill out the application form

1-2. If you serve in any of the ISUISU committees, please contact your supervisors to send a compiled excel file to fh0737a@isu.edu.tw

1-3. For the service learning certificates from offices / units other than OICA & ISUISU, please upload them to the OICA Service Learning page https://www.isu.edu.tw/2018/showpage_v01.php?dept_mno=654e&dept_id=-1&page_id=39014

2. Master’s degree and Doctoral programs: 

2-1. Download and fill the application form. Email it to your department Chair. Your Chair or instructor shall provide other evaluations, sign, and send the form to OICA on your behalf.

2-2. If you serve in any of the ISUISU committees, please contact your supervisors to send a compiled excel file to fh0737a@isu.edu.tw
