This is the announcement and application form for the 2022-23 International Student Scholarship Selection from the Rotary Club of Taipei Tianmu.

1. Application deadline: before 2022/9/30 (not based on the postmark, but the delivery time)
2. Necessary documents: application form, autobiography, transcripts for the last two academic years (exempt for freshmen)
3. Delivery method: all paper copies will be sent by registered mail (e-mail is not acceptable)
4. All application forms must be typed on a computer, so as not to be difficult to read due to scribbled handwriting, which may lead to inability to contact.
5. All documents must be provided when sending the documents. Separate mailing and supplementary documents will not be accepted.
6. All application materials need to be photocopied for review by different committee members. Please do not bind them with staples.
7. Applicants who pass the written examination will be notified individually for an interview, and those who fail will not be notified.
8. The scholarships are not exclusive, and applicants can apply for other scholarships from other organizations at the same time.
