Courses taught and research topics

This laboratory focuses primarily on computer numerical simulation in thermal-hydraulics and small-scale experiments in heat transfer. This lab supports courses such as micro heat transfer, electronic system cooling, applied CFD, thermal systems, and topic study for undergraduate and graduate students. Presently, further efforts have been aggressively put into the innovative concept of interactive e-learning in heat transfer and fluid flow
