When can I apply for the award?

Applications are accepted in March and September every year. The actual application period is subject to an official announcement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the deadline for application by graduating students is May 31 every year.

How to apply?

Notice the mail from foreign language center, then fill out the Google form information.
