This position is all about supporting the Teaching Team, while building your own teaching skills and experience. This is for people with no or little teaching experience, as it includes a lot of training and guided hands-on experience.

At any time, any member of the Teaching Team can ask to be evaluated for the next level in the school’s career progression. Below are the first 3 levels, their respective salaries, and the average time it takes to reach them.

- Assistant Teacher / NT$ 38,000 / N/A

- Teacher / NT$ 43,000 / 1 year

- Experienced Teacher / NT$ 48,000 / 15 months
