Awarding Criteria and Rewards for Foreign Language Proficiency Tests
Note: The aforesaid criteria are applicable to certificates issued on or after February 1, 2021.
When can I apply for the award?
Applications are accepted in March and September every year. The actual application period is subject to an official announcement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the deadline for application by graduating students is May 31 every year.
How to apply?
Step 1. Print out the application form and fill out the information.
Step 2. Attach the needed photocopies to the form.
Step 3. Submit the required documents to the Foreign Language Center.
Required Documents?
1. application form
2. a photocopy of the front and back of the student ID card
3. the test report (both the original and a photocopy; the original is returned to the applicant after verification while the photocopy is kept by the University)
4. a photocopy of the passport and a photocopy of the Alien Resident Certificate (applicable to overseas students, and students from Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China).
