113學年度歐盟獎學金暨立陶宛交換申請資訊

* 申請出國時間：113學年度下學期(交換一學期)

繳件時間：即日起至 10 月 25 日（星期五）
繳件地點：義守大學國兩處 - 國際移動力中心（國際學院1樓）
繳件文件：
1. 出國申請書網站
2. 線上申請表網站
3. 交換生具結書
4. 中文前一學期成績單（含班級人數及排名）
5. 英文歷年成績單
6. 其他有助於審查資料

請務必填寫線上申請表，並將書面資料完成後，繳交至國際移動力中心。請於申請期限截止2024年10月25日（星期五）前繳交，逾期或文件未備齊，恕不收件。

注意事項：113-2 VMU的Erasmus+交換學習為『Erasmus+ "零獎學金"』，同學雖然無需支付學費，但是需自行負擔旅行及生活費，生活費約在每月500至700歐元之間。

Submission Deadline：October 25th (Friday).
Submission to: Global Mobility Center, Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs, I-Shou University (1st Floor, International College)
Submission Documents：
1. Study Abroad Application Form (Paper + Online Application)website
2. Online Applicationwebsite
3. Declaration of Indemnity
4. Chinese Previous Semester Transcript (Including Class Size and Ranking)
5. English Transcript of Academic Records
6. Any other documents that may be helpful for the evaluation

Please make sure to fill out the online application form and submit the printed documents to the Global Mobility Center.

Please submit the documents to Global Mobility Center before the deadline which is October 25th 2024.Late submissions or incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Note: The Erasmus+ exchange program for 113-2 VMU is under the "Erasmus+ 'zero scholarship'" category. Although students are exempt from tuition fees, they are required to cover their own travel and living expenses, with living costs ranging between €500 to €700 per month.
