Curriculum Information

To obtain a bachelor's degree in our department, besides 28 credits of the general education course, a student needs to take 24 and 41 credits of college core subjects and department core subjects, respectively. In addition, every student is required to take at least one elective course stream (either public policy or public management) to complete the entire program.

The hallmark of the DPPM is the course of “internship for public management.” Students would be arranged to undertake an internship program in various government agencies or non-profit organizations during the summer vacation before turning into senior students

Students can personally experience works in the public sector and are required to do independent research during the internship.
